Turning Your House Into A Home

Do not rule out the role a ceiling can play in setting your home’s tone. Ceiling height can help in either creating a large room or a small room feel. For instance if you want to fill in a large space think about bringing the ceiling down a bit with molding in order for a warmer feel.
Even though you may be hesitant to use some of your favorite darker colors in small spaces, think about deep tones for a large room. This will bring a room in, so to speak. You can also paint the ceiling a dark tone because it will give a cozier illusion similar to a ceiling mold.
